Land Department Fees
4% from selling price + 580 (If Apartment, Villa) or + 430 (If Land) through a manager’s cheque in the name of Dubai Land Department.
Our Fees
4200 including 5% VAT if the price of the property is equal or more than 500,000.
2100 including 5% VAT if the price of the property is less than 500,000.
